Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be made in writing (info@smallarmseducation.com), and must be received no less than 72 hours in advance of the posted class start time.  Such cancellation requests will be accommodated by either moving the participant(s) to the next scheduled class, or a refund.  Any cancellation requests received after the 72-hour window will not be eligible for a refund, but will only be eligible for a class transfer (moving the participant(s) to another class within the next 12 months).  No shows will not receive a refund, nor will they be eligible for a class transfer.  Students should understand that instructors and range time are reserved predicated upon class participation.
